About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Educator to join our team as a Lead Educator. As a key member of our educational leadership team, you will play a vital role in guiding and mentoring a team of Educators to greatness.

The successful candidate will be part of our National Learning, Research, and Development (NLRDP) program, which provides comprehensive support for personal and professional growth.

  • You will have access to NLRDP Perspective Partners in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge, Cultural Pedagogy, Nutrition, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Sustainability, The Arts, and Documentation.
  • Unlimited resources and information will be available via our NLRDP Communication and Resource platform on 'PADLET'.
  • You will receive training in The Creative Collection Arts and Materials with Children program, delivered by Kelly Goodsir and Kirsty Liljegren.
  • 'Learning Leaves' Documentation training will be provided by our Pedagogy Partner.
  • You will have on-call and online access to our Inclusion Mentoring Team led by Robyn Papworth.
  • The opportunity to apply for and participate in our exclusive New Zealand Study Tour is available.
  • You can also access our Green Leaves Learning Tree Scholarship fund, allowing you to attend professional learning and networking across Australia.
