As a Bid Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in securing significant infrastructure projects. You will work from our offices and be the driving force behind successful tenders and proposals.

The Role:

  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of tenders, EOIs, and proposals
  • Liaise with Engineers, Estimators, and Senior managers to gather project information
  • Craft clear, persuasive bid documents that meet client requirements and showcase capabilities
  • Maintain bid templates, registers, and supporting documentation
  • Monitor tender portals and ensure deadlines are met without compromise on quality

About You:

  • Experience in bids/tenders, proposals, or document coordination (civil contracting or construction industry experience highly desirable)
  • Excellent written skills with a knack for turning technical detail into compelling content
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple submissions at once
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe InDesign or similar tools
  • Strong communicator and team player with a proactive, bubbly, can-do approach
