Self starter required for a highly creative national Bids & Submissions team of 4.

**Create and drive bids and submissions initiatives within a vibrant property advisory consultancy Attend events, advise the Directors, and coordinate bids for new projects.**

This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for developing a brand, and coordinating bids & submissions on some mega new building projects around Australia as part of a team.

Working closely with the Bids & Submissions leader, you will play a key role in the teams future success. The culture of the firm is extremely positive and supportive, and you will be working in a passionate and engaging team, within a highly successful organisation.

**Key requirements include**:

- Some industry experience as a bid coordinator, preferably within the construction or consultancy environment
- An understanding of the coordination process behind bids, tenders, and submissions from beginning to delivery, and the ability to submit a high-quality documents.
- Strong and assertive communications skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organisation skills

**Key aspects of this role include**:

- Ability to interpret clients' briefs, to identify & source the best content
- Researching, writing, contributing to, editing, producing, and proofing well-written, competitive bids, and submissions
- Supporting the creation of graphics using InDesign or Photoshop
