Future-Focused Workforce Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Development Strategist to lead the development and application of workforce planning frameworks and tools.
This role will involve translating business priorities into workforce implications and actionable plans, partnering with stakeholders to align workforce planning with strategic goals, and using data and external insights to inform workforce decisions and capability investments.
The successful candidate will have experience in workforce planning, organisational development, or HR strategy in complex environments, be skilled in systems thinking, data analysis, and scenario planning, and have a track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful workforce initiatives.
Additional responsibilities will include building workforce planning capability across the organisation, contributing to talent pipeline reviews and succession planning, and collaborating with AI and technology teams to enhance planning tools and insights.
Job Requirements- Workforce Planning Experience: Proven experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies, including designing and delivering training programs and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to think strategically, identify business opportunities, and develop solutions that drive business results.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with workforce planning tools and technologies.
