Future-Focused Workforce Planning Leader

We are seeking an innovative and visionary professional to lead the development and integration of a data-driven workforce planning capability across our organization.

This strategic role will be instrumental in aligning talent strategies with business forecasts, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.

  • Talent Strategy Leadership: Design and globally implement a workforce planning framework aligned to enterprise strategy and financial planning cycles.
  • Institutionalizing Workforce Planning: Establish workforce planning as a core business capability through playbooks, leader enablement, and planning routines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Location Strategy: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Real Estate, and other departments to align workforce supply/demand with operational and geographic priorities.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with senior leaders across People, Finance, and Business functions to drive productivity and workforce agility.
  • Design and implement a workforce planning framework aligned to enterprise strategy and financial planning cycles.
  • Drive data accuracy and governance while leveraging predictive analytics and automation impact models.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in HR, workforce planning, or strategic operations with global exposure.
  • Proven success leading end-to-end workforce planning in large organizations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to convert strategy into operational plans.
