  • Co-design immersive experiences that bring skills-led concepts to life.
  • Influence strategic workforce planning through skills visibility and capability mapping.
  • Utilise AI tools and technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for someone with experience in organisational development, capability uplift, strategic workforce planning and/or career enablement.

You should be adept in using systems thinking, human-centred design, and other problem-solving methodologies.

Leverage your critical thinking and data analysis and insights skills to get to the root cause of problems and identify recommendations.

Bring experience working in matrixed environments and agile ways of working.

You should have worked with skills frameworks, talent marketplaces, or career platforms.
