  • Perform comprehensive data analysis to facilitate seamless operations
  • Conduct timely and accurate analysis of data across different business units, ensuring relevance to support decision-making processes
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial Manager to prepare and deliver ad-hoc reports as needed, providing valuable insights for strategic planning and operational efficiency
  • Assist the Account Management team in fulfilling contractual obligations and meeting customer requirements effectively, maintaining high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Engage proactively with internal stakeholders to identify key business needs and priorities, ensuring alignment with customer and contract requirements to enhance overall business performance
  • Take responsibility for updating and maintaining group business systems and workspaces, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for relevant teams and stakeholders

Key skills and experience include 5+ years in a similar role, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and analytics, and ability to handle large data sets.

Additional responsibilities include utilizing the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel skills for data manipulation, modeling, and reporting.
