Service Team Coordinator

As a Senior Service Advisor at AUTOrecruit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership's service department.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, managing repair orders efficiently, and working effectively within a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage repair orders from initial diagnosis to completion, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with technicians, managers, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing computer systems to stay organized and up-to-date.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a busy dealership environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using dealership management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
