Regional Manager Position Overview

The Regional Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services, promoting service excellence, and driving growth and value within their portfolio.

This position requires a Nominated Supervisor to ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance, and child wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure continuous improvement and positive assessment outcomes for services within your portfolio.
  • Effective Management: Manage your portfolio effectively, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and mentor teams to achieve service excellence through training and development.
  • Risk Management: Minimise risk and manage safety in services to ensure child wellbeing.
  • Positive Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with team members, families, and school communities.

We're seeking an experienced professional with multi-site experience within the OSHC sector, holding relevant qualifications and certifications.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with children.
