We are looking for a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relations, delivering short-term and long-term growth strategies to increase market share and drive value.
- Effective communication with key stakeholders is crucial throughout peak seasons.
- Providing accurate forecasting and financial reporting enables the identification and addressing of any commercial challenges.
- The role involves overseeing profit and loss management and utilising data and insights to build and deliver actionable category plans and growth initiatives.
- Customer expectations around supply must be managed with limited volume forecasts and influence should be used to achieve commercially viable outcomes.
- 2+ Years' experience in a similar role is essential.
- Demonstrated analytical and commercial ability is required.
- Self-driven individuals who can hustle where required will thrive in this role.
- Strong self-awareness and problem-solving skills are necessary.
This autonomous role offers flexible working arrangements, ongoing development, and exposure across major retailers. Excellent leadership opportunities exist and work will be conducted from a brand new office.
