Role overview
As the National Customer Service Manager at GrainCorp, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.
The primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by developing and implementing effective service strategies and processes.
This role oversees customer service operations nationwide, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional support for customers.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the national customer service team
Develop and implement service strategies and processes to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention
Oversee customer service operations nationwide to ensure timely and accurate support
Utilise CRM tools to manage customer interactions and data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
Key qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably within the agribusiness or related industry
Experience using a CRM for customer service
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service
Collaborative approach to business decision-making
