About the Role

Maintenance Coordinators play a vital part in ensuring seamless operation of our maintenance program. Reporting to our Building Manager, this role involves coordinating receipt, assessment, approval and completion of maintenance work with employees and contractors.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with new homeowners to resolve maintenance requests
  • Obtaining and recording new maintenance requests in a database system
  • Assisting management in gathering information for assessment and action
  • Scheduling and managing work for both employees and contractors
  • Supporting a program of maintenance for display homes and other assets
  • Effectively communicating with all internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a maintenance coordination or property management role
  • An effective and organized communication style with some building or technical interest
  • Resilience and solutions-orientation with a proven record of achieving outcomes
  • The ability to interpret people's needs and maintain professional communication
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving
