**About the role**

Reporting to our Building Manager, this role will see you coordinating the receipt, assessment, approval and completion of maintenance work with employees and contractors. Main responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with new homeowners to resolve maintenance requests.
- Obtaining and recording new maintenance requests in a database system.
- Assisting management in gathering information for assessment and action.
- Scheduling and managing work for both employees and contractors.
- Supporting a program of maintenance for display homes and other assets.
- Effectively communicating with all internal and external people.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will;
- Have experience in a maintenance coordination or property management role.
- Be an effective and organised communicator with some building or technical interest.
- Be resilient and solutions-oriented with proven record in achieving outcomes.
- Be able to interpret people's needs and maintain professional communication.
- Have the ability to juggle priorities, working autonomously but as a team at a fast pace.
- Have strong attention to detail and enjoy problem solving.
