Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Aircraft Maintenance Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to coordinate line maintenance activities and provide technical liaison to ensure aircraft availability.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an aircraft maintenance environment and possess excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate line maintenance activities to maximize aircraft serviceability
  • Provide technical liaison to ensure aircraft availability
  • Support Airborne Safety Management System (SMS) requirements
  • View current deferred defects daily to plan corrective action
  • Provide support to Line Engineers with complex aircraft defects
  • Coordinate return-to-service of delayed aircraft
  • Authorise ferry flights outside normal working hours
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary Technical qualifications in a mechanical or electrical discipline
  • Experience in an aircraft maintenance environment
  • Good knowledge of the aviation maintenance and operations environment
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
