Join a dynamic and collaborative team as a key contributor to our Property Management portfolio. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to provide financial management and reporting expertise for a commercial portfolio.

  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports with in-depth analysis of variances versus budget/forecast.
  • Develop and manage accruals for income, expenses, and operating costs.
  • Reconcile balance sheet, reimbursable expenses, and outgoings to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, lease administration, and audit processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate annual budgets and quarterly income reforecasts.
  • Attend client meetings to deliver timely and accurate reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead monthly finance meetings with Property Managers to address key variances and propose solutions.
  • Review and provide feedback on junior team members' work to ensure continuous improvement.

As a successful candidate, you will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Property Management or related field or several years of demonstrated accounting experience in a property/real estate background.
  • CPA/CA certification or studying towards it is highly desirable.
  • MRI Knowledge is useful but not essential.
  • High-level attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
