Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing supplier invoices and credits, matching invoices with purchase orders, reconciling creditor statements, and preparing and processing weekly EFT payment runs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices and credits in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and process within the ERP system.
- Reconcile Creditor Statements monthly.
- Prepare and process weekly EFT payment runs.
- Resolve supplier and internal customer queries to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administration or accounts payable role.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using a large ERP System is an advantage.
