**The Business**
GenusPlus Group (ASX:GNP) is an end-to-end service provider for essential power and telecommunications infrastructure. We provide an integrated service delivered through four key complementary businesses to our clients in the resources, power, utilities, and telecommunications sectors across Australia.

**The Role**
Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable and Purchasing Manager, the Accounts Payable Officer responsibilities will include:

- Processing large volume Accounts Payable invoices for multiple entities monthly.
- Managing all functions of Accounts Payable including the preparation of monthly and bimonthly payment runs, cash sale payment runs, and ad hoc payments.
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and sole traders to resolve any queries.
- Creditor statement reconciliations.
- Any other administrative duties as required from time to time.

**About you**
You are highly organized with proven experience managing an end-to-end Accounts Payable process. You are attentive to detail and have a flexible outlook to be agile in the workplace. You will cope well in a high-volume, fast paced environment. You have excellent communication skills with a variety of stakeholders, and you have experience using an ERP system along with intermediate Excel skills.

**Essential Skills / Qualifications & Experience**
- _High volume of end-to-end accounts payable processing experience._
- _Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role._
- _Good understanding of financial requirements and legislation as they relate to accounts payable processing activities._
- _Track record of successful delivery of timely and accurate accounts payable services._
- _Problem solving skills with high attention to detail._
- _Ability to work autonomously and a strong team contributor._
- _Strong analytical skills and intermediate Excel skills._
- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills._
- _Ability to effectively exercise initiative and discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism._
