Accounts Payable Manager

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices for payment, ensuring timely and accurate matching, batching and coding.
- Reconcile supplier vendor statements, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Collaborate with accountants in month-end processing and scheduling tasks.
- Onboard new suppliers and maintain up-to-date supplier data records.
- Manage EFT and cheque payments efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role.
- Proficient MS Office skills with intermediate Excel expertise.
- Fast and accurate data entry abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-focused, results-driven, with a passion for excellence and a can-do attitude.
