The Role

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate to proactively service and support our contractor/supplier clients. This role is part of our rotational programme, where you will receive training and development opportunities to grow your career.

Responsibilities
  • Field incoming calls and enquiries, inside sales, and help customers navigate ISNetworld.
  • Participate in a 7-week training programme, covering soft skills development, customer service excellence, and ISN products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with a mentor to guide you and provide support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation (0 – 4 years of experience).
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail applications).
