Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Sales Assistant. This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Mon-Sunday roster.

About the Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with our customers. You will be responsible for selling premium products, highlighting features, benefits, and care instructions. Additionally, you will ensure all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard, process and replenish stock according to company standards, and achieve sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals, and brand inspiration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by engaging with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Sell premium products by showcasing their features, benefits, and care instructions to customers.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment by merchandising and presenting stock to a high standard.
  • Process and replenish stock efficiently and effectively according to company standards.
  • Achieve sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by using consultative selling techniques, delivering excellent customer service, creating visually appealing displays, and inspiring customers with brand knowledge.
