About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Sales Specialist to join our Media Sales team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for initiating, developing, and coordinating effective advertising solutions to support our existing Media Sales team.
You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to formulate key strategic initiatives designed to grow revenue and create long-term mutually beneficial relationships with both agencies and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate key strategic initiatives to grow revenue and create long-term mutually beneficial relationships with agencies and clients.
- Service and manage digital agencies and trading desks, providing media solutions where appropriate.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant markets.
- Present new Domain product offerings in a timely manner to key clients.
- Attend relevant conferences, seminars, and industry functions to develop knowledge and network within the media and real estate industry.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of proven success in an account management role.
- Digital sales experience across publishing and programmatic businesses.
- People leadership skills and a track record of delivering or exceeding budgets.
- Advertising or marketing experience is essential.
- Relevant work history for reasonable periods in roles with multi-tasking, deadline-driven, customer-focused tasks with a sales support focus.
- Confidence in presenting to large groups.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office suite.
- Current driver's license and access to a reliable car.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, with Hubspot and Salesforce experience highly beneficial.
