Role Overview

We are seeking a Housing Advice Officer to provide personalized accommodation advice to students and build key external relationships with on-campus accommodation providers and community organizations.

About the Position

The role will provide advice and support for students living in private/rental accommodation and assist with tenancy difficulties. In addition, the role will manage the Accommodation Listings website, promote on-campus accommodation, develop and maintain relevant resources, deliver housing workshops, and disseminate current industry information for staff and students.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Background and experience in housing support and case management for individuals.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to develop creative housing initiatives.
  • Problem-solver with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships and be visible in the community.
