The Body Shop Australia is currently recruiting for a Casual Beauty Advisor Your role in a nutshell: To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.

Key Duties
  • The Beauty Advisor will take the time to learn our customer's needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel so good.
  • Uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
  • Offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.
What We Look For
  • Previous retail experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a particular focus on building rapport with customers
  • A team player and be open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager
  • A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry
  • Confident in reaching store targets and sales
  • An active contributor to our joyful collective by being an agile, tenacious and optimistic team member
  • The ideal candidate will have availability Monday through to Sunday
