**About the role**

Reporting to the HR Manager, we are seeking a confident HR Advisor to join our HR team.

You will support our managers to implement HR initiatives and to build a positive workplace culture for our people.

You will provide support to the business on HR policies and procedures, and work closely with employees and managers to provide advice and respond to queries.The HR Advisor is also responsible for employee data analysis across University Partnerships Australasia.

We are flexible for this role to be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

**What you will need to be successful**:

- Prior experience in an HR generalist Advisor role and/or relevant HR tertiary qualifications
- Experience in Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding
- Strong data reporting and analysis capabilities (excel, PowerBI, HRIS)
- Experience in interpreting Enterprise Agreements and Awards
- Excellent communication at all levels
- Confident, resourceful, and proactive
- Comfortable with multitasking
- Handling HR matters sensitively and confidentially
