About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in developing and implementing our trade service centre marketing and brand strategies.

The successful candidate will support the National General Manager - Trade Service Centres in creating and executing effective marketing plans, integrating multiple advertising mediums, and planning local area marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities will include maintaining a marketing calendar, monitoring social media activity, creating content for SEO purposes, and tracking return on investment from marketing activities.

To succeed in this role, you should have a tertiary level qualification in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Relevant skills and qualifications include data analytics software, omnichannel marketing, graphic design, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels
  • Support branches in planning and executing local area marketing campaigns
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars
  • Monitor and respond to social media activity
  • Create content for search engine optimisation purposes
  • Track and report return on investment from marketing activities

Requirements:

  • Tertiary level qualification in business, marketing, or relevant field
  • 2+ years' work experience in a similar role
  • Experience with data analytics software and omnichannel marketing
  • Graphic design skills desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
