Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to promote our brand, grow community engagement, and drive member acquisition. This includes creating and implementing multichannel marketing plans, managing social media channels, and analyzing campaign performance to inform future strategies.

  • Create and execute strategic marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent messaging across all touch points
  • Manage and optimize social media channels to engage with our community and drive growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on marketing goals and priorities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within co-working or hospitality industries
  • Proven success in developing and delivering multichannel marketing campaigns
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills across multiple formats
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, and CRM platforms
