As an Accessories Communications Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping marketing strategies by developing communication campaigns and marketing initiatives to enhance visibility within one of Australia's most innovative brand ecosystems.

This position is based in Port Melbourne and is on a permanent basis.

You will bring Toyota accessories to life by rolling out engaging communication plans that drive sales and attract guests across Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contribution of fresh ideas to improve how we communicate and promote our products.
  • Supporting bold advertising campaigns from concept to delivery, coordinating with creative agencies and ensuring timely completion.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between national teams, regional offices, and dealers—ensuring seamless collaboration and resolving any roadblocks before they become issues.
  • Selection and management of creative partners—helping us find the right agencies and suppliers to deliver high-impact work at the right price.
  • Collaboration with our conversions & accessories team to promote Toyota genuine products.
