As a Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across the financial adviser and fund manager markets. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create high-quality content tailored for various platforms and audiences, showcasing your exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Manage and grow social media channels (primarily LinkedIn) to increase brand presence and foster meaningful connections with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative design, production, and event marketing activities that elevate our brand image.
- Analyze campaign performance to generate actionable insights, informing future initiatives and driving commercial success.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of broad marketing experience, preferably within financial services or a highly commercial environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and impactful content across multiple channels.
- Confidence in managing corporate social media presence and comfort working with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Basic InDesign skills to make simple edits and updates to existing templates.
- Proactivity, collaboration, and adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
