Lead Residential Project Coordinator

Job Overview:

As a skilled Lead Residential Project Coordinator, you will oversee multiple residential projects from assessment to completion. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver top-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects end-to-end, including estimating, project planning, and delivery.
  • Overseeing the process of assigning tasks to team members, ensuring timely completion.
  • Managing relationships with clients, keeping them informed about project progress.
  • Ensuring all projects are completed on schedule and within budget while maintaining high standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience supervising residential construction in the insurance industry.
  • Experience in estimating as part of your previous roles.
  • Trade certification (Cert III) preferred, with Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction a plus.
  • Exceptional time management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • A strong understanding of Australian Standards, the Building Act, and compliance requirements.
