Leadership Role in Residential Civil Construction Management

This position offers a senior leadership opportunity to oversee the strategic and operational management of residential civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion, budget control, and high-quality outcomes for end-to-end project delivery.
  • Provide strategic and operational guidance to project teams, supervisors, and engineers to drive performance.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to optimize profitability.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in residential civil construction, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration, is required. The successful candidate will have significant experience in managing complex projects, leading teams, and driving financial performance.
