Caregiver Leader

The Role:- Engage and supervise children in a safe and supportive environment to foster their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Implement activities aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure a secure and healthy environment for all.
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required (ACECQA approved).
- A valid Working with Children Check (Employee) is mandatory for this role.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection certificates are necessary for your safety and the well-being of our children.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM is essential.
- Flexibility to cover shifts on short notice is a must for this position.
