Job Title:

Dynamic Marketing Communications Lead

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to engage with specialists, caregivers, patients, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership in communications across the division, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
  • Manage key performance indicators for the Department, taking corrective action or escalating as necessary.
  • Effectively manage people, including clear expectation setting and development plans reviewed annually.
  • Promote our hospital through the development of communications products and tools to inform and engage stakeholders within our community.
  • Coordinate all Midland Private based communications material within brand guidelines.
  • Develop and implement Digital and Social Media strategy, managing content on our website.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or Public Relations.
  • Extensive experience in a similar role within a large and complex organisation.
  • Outstanding journalistic and corporate communications skills.
  • Strong public relations capabilities.
