Loan Processor Role

This is a dynamic and challenging role for an experienced loan processor to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity.

As a Loan Processor, you will play a crucial part in the accurate processing of finance settlements with stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include supporting the funding and drawdown of Third-Party Banking loans, accurately setting up customer loan accounts and direct debit, and preparing certifications to ensure timely settlement of customers' loan accounts.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and relationship building skills, as well as the ability to work within tight timeframes and prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Previous experience and knowledge of loan securities, land titles, and other forms of property legislation
  • Experience in a loan processing centre or similar field
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Proactive, innovative, and prepared to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to work within tight timeframes with the ability to prioritise
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment or autonomously
  • Highly accurate approach with strong attention to detail
