Loan Administration Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Loan Administration Specialist to fill this exciting opportunity.

This role involves ensuring smooth and efficient loan administration, including processing loan modifications, account reconciliations, and data entry.

Responsibilities:
  • Process loan modifications (rate changes, term extensions)
  • Account reconciliations and reconstructions
  • Data entry into RFS/BDS systems
  • Maintain high productivity and quality standards
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Adhere to all relevant banking policies and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service or administration roles
  • Experience in banking, finance, or related industries is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using loan management systems
  • Understanding of National Credit Code and Code of Banking Practice
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset
