Home Loan Journey Specialist

The role involves managing customer interactions, guiding them through the home loan process, and leveraging our expanded service offering to earn referral income.

We are seeking individuals with a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, or a willingness to obtain it. Background in sales or customer service roles is also preferred.

Key qualifications include drive and determination, passion for helping customers achieve homeownership dreams, and unrestricted Australian working rights.

  • Manage high-intent customer interactions, providing exceptional service and support throughout the home loan journey.
  • Submit deals to our in-house processing team, freeing you to focus on building relationships and driving growth in your local community.
What We're Looking For
  • A strong background in finance and mortgage broking, or a willingness to learn and develop these skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and drive growth in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
