Expert Loan Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Loan Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, assisting customers with lending enquiries and executing lending requests.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of lending products, digital capabilities, policies, and regulations. They will also possess extensive customer service experience, advanced technology skills, and strong communication abilities.
