
Selling Into the Enterprise

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our Enterprise Development team. As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will partner with our Account Executives to build and implement an effective sales pipeline strategy that drives adoption of select products and services to our Enterprise customer base.
This role requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should be customer-focused, proactive, and strategic in your approach to meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales pipeline strategy to drive growth in the Enterprise sector
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify opportunities for engagement and elevate Atlassian's position within key accounts and their subsidiaries
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in enterprise sales with a track record of achieving targets in lead-generation roles
- Strong understanding of the Enterprise Sales process and ability to adapt to changing market conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
