- Ensure Flywire products and services are helping clients achieve success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing.
- 2+ years of experience managing client/customer relationships.
- CEFR minimum level of C1 in English & Japanese.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Emotional intelligence and change management skills.
