Procurement is a critical function that enables organisations to acquire goods, services and works necessary for their operations. As an Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in this process.

In this 12-month role, you will be responsible for:

  • Research and Analysis: Conducting research and analysis activities to support procurements, identifying opportunities for cost savings and improving procurement processes.
  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the Procurement team, including data entry, extraction and manipulation for accurate reporting.
  • Documentation: Initiating drafting of procurement-related documentation, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong Administrative Experience: Proven experience in providing administrative support, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse problems and develop effective solutions.
  • SAP ESSentials and Government Experience: Familiarity with SAP ESSentials and government procurement processes is desirable.
