Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing high-value acquisition contracts, ensuring performance, compliance, and strategic alignment with project goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of Contract Management Plans, tools, and processes.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely delivery of contract obligations.
  • Coordinate Commonwealth representation in key contract meetings and reviews.
  • Manage contract deliverables, milestone certifications, and change proposals.
  • Support resolution of contractual issues, claims, and disputes.

Requirements:

  • Currently hold and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
  • In some instances, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may be an inherent requirement.
