About the Role



We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Trainer to join our AEM Customer Training Team at Thomson Reuters. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to drive product adoption and maximize usage of our generative AI software.




  • Develop customized training programs to service specific client needs.
  • Schedule regular client meetings to ensure customers training needs are being met.
  • Provide support to customers by responding to research queries.
  • Communicate with internal departments, including sales, product development, and commercial, to provide customer feedback.
  • Develop long-term strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase retention rates.


About You



To be successful in this role, you will have a law degree and ideally have worked in practice. You will also have experience with training and interacting with customers, as well as being interested in learning about new technology and software.
