About the Role

In this exciting opportunity as an AI Product Trainer, you will play a key role in driving the adoption and utilization of our cutting-edge generative AI software. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to onboard and educate customers on our software, tailored to meet their specific needs.
  • Scheduling regular meetings with clients to ensure their training needs are being met, including providing customized training programs and support.
  • Providing expert support to customers by responding to research queries and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Collaborating with internal departments, including sales, product development, and commercial, to gather customer feedback and inform product development.
  • Developing long-term strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates, driving business growth and revenue.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess a strong background in law and ideally have experience working in the legal technology sector. Your expertise in training and interacting with customers will be invaluable in this position. Additionally, you should be passionate about learning new technologies and software, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
