About this Role

This is a leadership position that plays a crucial role in supporting Telephone Assisted Voting Officers during elections.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee Telephony Assisted Voting Officers, working closely with Centre Managers to ensure effective operations.
  • Direct and manage a team of Telephony Assisted Voting Officers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Deliver training and development programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in people management and training, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Australian citizenship or residency status.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Police Check.
  • Willingness to sign a Political Neutrality Statement.
