5. Surgical Preparedness and Recovery

6. ESWL Diversion

7. Non-Surgical Models of Care improvements

8. Surgical Consumer Advisory group development

The Elective Surgery Transformational Lead will provide high level of clinical and operational expertise and project support to the Elective Surgery Reform Unit. The Elective Surgery Reform Unit is a major strategic initiative for the organisation that aims to meet the key deliverables of the Partnership and transform and improve the provision of elective and endoscopy surgery services at Austin Health with a primary focus on implementing sustainable system improvements that will support long term surgical activity, across the eight key work steams.
