Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the statewide election compliance operations. As Election Compliance Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution and evaluation of election compliance activities for major events.

You will develop and implement systems, tools and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation, investigative frameworks and regulatory best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a large team of investigators, supervisors and coordinators
  • Providing strategic guidance and leadership to ensure compliance approaches align with legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Managing daily interactions with key stakeholders including other regulators and local councils
