Role Summary

  • This role involves working as a Commercial Photography Specialist to gather data and imagery for commercial properties.

About the Job

We are seeking a Commercial Photographer to support our field research efforts in collecting data and high-quality images of commercial real estate. You will be responsible for identifying new availability, missing inventory, updated construction status, and capturing high-resolution images where required.

You will work independently to collect building attribute data and contact information for all commercial properties with for-lease and for-sale signs across your assigned territory. This requires strong observational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate data collection.

The ideal candidate will have experience in post-processing digital images using Adobe software and creating footprint and rooftop geocodes using field mapping software.

Responsibilities

  • Collect building data and contact information on properties and send to the in-house Research team when information is new.
  • Cross-reference new leads with current CoStar database information by researching sales and lease comparable data.
  • Photograph and collect building attribute data and contact information for all commercial properties with for-lease and for-sale signs across the assigned territory.
  • Use Adobe software for post-processing digital images and create footprint and rooftop geocodes using field mapping software; associate tenant locations to polygons and photograph tenant spaces.
