In this dynamic role, you will support the team in delivering high-quality childcare programs. You will assist with day-to-day operations and staff management, ensuring compliance with policy and undertaking administrative requirements.

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • Relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching (minimum Diploma in Children Services).
  • Demonstrated experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare.
  • Excellent customer service skills and verbal and written communication skills.
  • First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain.
