About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Childcare Management System Support Specialist in a fixed-term, part-time role covering a maternity leave until February 2026, working Wednesday to Friday each week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with our centres to provide expert advice, troubleshooting, service support and system configuration for our childcare management system.
  • Deliver high-quality training and education to our leaders on using the system.
  • Provide guidance and education to our leaders on managing their funding requirements in the system.
  • You'll play a vital role in supporting our Early Childhood leaders via phone and email with their Childcare Management System, including funding assistance, system setup and troubleshooting, and training.
