Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Financial Transformation Manager to lead the development and execution of our Finance Transformation Program roadmap. This newly created role will be critical to the success of our Finance Transformation Program by delivering individual work streams efficiently and effectively, ensuring the adoption of change, and that benefits are realised.

This role will foster a culture of continuous improvements and adaptability within the finance team, working closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive successful program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the Finance Transformation Program roadmap
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvements and adaptability within the finance team
  • Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive successful program outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional qualification (CPA, CA, CIMA) is highly desirable
  • 8+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a role driving transformational initiatives
  • Experience with project management tools, such as ClickUp, Whiteboard, Lucidchart
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions
  • Excellent communicator across all formats – including the ability to modify tone and message to effectively engage with a diverse range of audiences
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Energy, enthusiasm, commitment, and the ability to earn the respect and trust of colleagues and stakeholders
  • Sound judgement and the ability to be agile to solve complex problems with a strategic lens
