About This Role

This Key Account Growth Specialist role is responsible for managing key accounts and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Contract Management: Approve, execute, and manage the entire contract lifecycle.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and new business.
  • Service Quality: Ensure clients receive high-quality service.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with management and stakeholders.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on key account performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Business, finance, or aviation management desired.
  • Previous Experience: Essential in an aviation environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of General Aviation market segment and PT6A engine desirable.
  • Leadership Experience: Significant experience in leading and managing a customer-facing team/organisation.
  • Account Management: Significant experience in managing key accounts.
  • Communication Skills: Influential and clear communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Proven problem-solving ability with a solutions orientation.
